IPARK Sports operates Busan IPARK, a Busan-based professional soccer club, with an integrated operating model covering the full spectrum of professional sports management—from league participation and squad development to match planning and on-site execution.

By extending fan engagement beyond the stadium through constant communication, we bring sport into everyday life and grow together with the local community.
Youth Development
We foster an inclusive player development system where young, talented players can thrive and youth programs shape the future of the club across all levels.
As the first professional soccer club to introduce a two-year youth development cycle, we take a structured approach to managing player progression at every stage. This system has produced numerous national team players, notably Lee Dong-jun, Kim Jin-gyu, and Cho Wi-je, thereby reflecting the depth and strength of our player development pipeline.
We also operate soccer academies through both direct management and franchise partnerships, broadening youth soccer culture and promoting grassroots athletics throughout Busan.
