Environmental Impact Reduction

We implement eco-friendly construction waste treatment processes and systematically manage key environmental factors, including water resources, fugitive dust, noise, and soil. We also minimize environmental impact across our operations by procuring eco-friendly materials and advancing biodiversity conservation initiatives.

Eco-Friendly Technology Development and Advanced Energy Management
  • Leveraging the IPARK Building Energy Management System (BEMS), we analyze power consumption data to optimize performance. By adopting energy-efficient design aligned with zero-energy building standards—along with solar louver windows and automated ventilation controls—we enhance energy efficiency and overall building performance.
  • We were the first in Korea to obtain ISCC PLUS certification for eco-friendly PS and EPS products. We are actively addressing climate change by expanding plastic recycling initiatives and developing next-generation biodegradable materials.
Structured Environmental Risk Management

Through a proactive environmental management framework, we ensure regulatory compliance, reduce pollutants, and respond effectively to climate-related and biodiversity risks.

Resource Circularity and Local Environmental Stewardship

We work with local communities to protect the environment by integrating resource circularity into our daily operations. Our initiatives range from employee-led biodiversity and plogging programs to the implementation of recycling systems for electronic waste. We have also introduced eco-friendly uniforms made from recycled PET bottles—approximately 8,000 sets each year.
