IPARK MALL
Company Overview
Develops and operates mixed-use commercial spaces that bring together shopping, culture, and entertainment.
As Korea's first mixed-use shopping mall, IPARKMALL has evolved beyond commonplace retail into an MD-driven space with differentiated content, built on 20 years of operational expertise that has shaped the culture of "malling".
We are expanding the successful Yongsan model to our Gocheok branch and establishing a future-oriented lifestyle standard through our "SEOULONE" project, which integrates residential, office, and commercial functions.
By standardizing our commercial space development and operating models, we continue to strengthen our mixed-use residential consulting capabilities and build a sustainable offline platform.
Yongsan Branch
We are a leading mixed-use cultural space equipped with extensive infrastructure encompassing roughly 450 brands across fashion, living, and F&B, as well as Shilla IPARK Duty Free, CGV, and E-Mart.
Capitalizing on our prime location within Yongsan Station, directly connected to the KTX and subway lines, we redefine every moment for our customers as an Urban Playground that maximizes everyday enjoyment.
Through diverse experiential content such as "Dopamine Station" and evolving trends across fashion, living, and food, we deliver value beyond shopping and raise the bar as a global benchmark for urban shopping malls coveted by both domestic and international customers through constant innovation.
Gocheok Branch
As a lifestyle center closely embedded with everyday life, we provide spaces for the convenience, respite, and community ties of local residents and feature an MD mix that encompasses fashion, food and beverage, lifestyle, and education.
Notably, we continuously operate content for families and local residents, including dedicated kids' zones, flea markets, pop-up events, and experiential programs, positioning ourselves as a community-oriented shopping space.
SEOULONE Branch
We plan to operate the third branch, SEOULONE, under a consignment model in 2028, and it will be developed in northeastern Seoul as a lifestyle and dining destination rather than a traditional shopping center.
