Hyundai Development Company was awarded the 'Mutual Growth
Management Audit Award' from the Specialized Construction Cooperative
Association in recognition of its contributions to fair trade, cooperative
growth, and collaborative efforts with its partners.
On the 7th, a ceremony took place at the headquarters of the
Specialized Construction Cooperative Association in Dongjak-gu, Seoul. The
event was attended by executives from the cooperative, including Chairman Lee
Eun-jae, as well as Hyundai Development Company employees, including CEO Kim
Hoi-eon. Notably, Hyundai Development Company decided to donate the entire
prize money received along with the award to support students participating in
the educational programs of the Specialized Construction Cooperative
Association, adding significance to this achievement.

great efforts to cooperative growth as a member of the association and has made
significant contributions to the development of the construction industry
through fair trade and collaborative growth with partners. This award is in
recognition of those efforts."
Furthermore, CEO Kim Hoi-eon of Hyundai Development Company
expressed the company's commitment to continue fostering a culture of
collaborative growth and fair trade with partners. He stated, "Hyundai
Development Company will further expand various cooperation support programs,
including providing incentives to outstanding partner companies, to promote
mutual growth."
Hyundai Development Company has been actively engaging in
various activities aimed at cooperative growth and mutual support with its
partners. Last month, the company contributed 330 million won to a cooperative
growth fund for education support and technological cooperation. In the past
Lunar New Year, HDC provided interest-free financial support totaling 3.4 billion
won to alleviate financial difficulties among partner companies and expanded
the mutual growth fund to 82 billion won. Moreover, the company initiated the
second phase of the 'HDC SAFETY-I ACADEMY' program in February to promote a
safety and health culture and plans to expand safety management training to
employees of partner companies starting this year. Additionally, the 'HDC
Mutual Growth Campus' program, aimed at providing educational support to
partners, is also in operation.
