Hyundai Development Company announced its New Year’s resolution: “to
attain future growth power by creating new values and integrating corporate
businesses.”
The kick-off meeting for 2017 was held on January
2 at the headquarters in Yongsan-gu, and Jae Sik Kim, the president of Hyundai Development Company, urged the employees at the meeting to cooperate
in creating a turning point in 2017 for the company’s future.

Development Company to achieve future growth power are to gain a competitive advantage
through improving core capacities, to flourish in the field of infrastructure and total real estate service, to
draw the portfolio of new growth for improving future value, and to change the
work process for creation of values.
Jae Sik Kim, the president of Hyundai Development Company, said “2017 will
be a significant year to create Hyundai Development Company’s own
new corporate value, providing that all employees internalize the corporate
core values: Management of Principle, Execution, Innovation, Originality, Customer-driven,
Insight, and Passion with one accord.”
Last year was also a significant year for Hyundai
Development Company in several aspects, and it was expected that the company
accomplished its best performance since its establishment.
The credit rating was improved based on the company having the best financial soundness in the industry. The main corporate projects carried out last year were New Stay, Jeongseon Resort, and extension of IPARK Mall. In addition, Hyundai Development Company strengthened its connections with its affiliated enterprises by redefining the corporate value system in celebration of the 40 anniversary of its establishment.
